The following is offered to help you plan for a typical two hour cocktail party with 40 guests. 

You will need to adjust this list if you are familiar with your guests’ preferences. 

This is presented as a guideline.

Lemons 2 10 bags of Ice
Vermouth (Dry and Sweet) 1 small bottle each 2 ice coolers, 1 for beer and water,
one for ice to be served
