Staffing

Proper staffing is one of the most crucial aspects of any successful entertaining endeavor.

Following are some helpful guidelines for staffing various types of functions:

• Bartending Only – 1 per 50 guests

• Cocktail & Passed Items – 1 per 25 guests

• Lunch or Dinner Buffet – 1 per 20 guests disposable or 1 per 8 guests china

• Formal Dinner Party – 1 per 8 guests

Our standard staffing uniform consists of traditional black slacks, white tuxedo shirt and black bow tie with optional black vest or cummerbund.

For more casual functions including BBQ’s and pool parties, we offer khaki or black pants or shorts with white collared Polo shirts, or all black ensembles.
